Cook Maran vice president and private client service supervisor Kristin Walsh Sechter manages existing accounts and supervises a group of assistants and account managers. One of her primary duties is to evaluate and update the agency’s private account review process.
In order to position herself and her team as trusted advisers, Kristin ensures they have the tools and resources necessary to effectively form strong relationships with, and serve, clients. The account review process is vital to fostering these important relationships.
Kristin was promoted to her current position in 2018, after seven years as a full-time customer care associate. She first joined Cook Maran as an intern in 2008 from First Data Merchant Services where she was a fraud analyst.
Kristin earned her bachelor’s degree from Marist College and her master’s degree in business administration from Stony Brook University. She volunteers at Forgotten Friends of Long Island, a local animal rescue, in her free time.Our Team Directory
